Through the breath we have access to understanding how our birth and early childhood influence how we perceive our lives. The gentle, powerful approach of Clarity Breathwork is a body-therapeutic healing on a cellular level.
Clarity Breathwork for trauma therapy
Clarity Breathwork therapy can be used as an adjunct to trauma therapy, among other things. It has a good accompanying effect in the treatment of PTSD, but can also be used in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, burnout and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
It helps to release unprocessed emotions, memories and traumatic experiences in a safe, gentle way.
The nervous system is often in a fight flight state. This is where Clarity Breathwork helps to provide the patient with deep conscious relaxation.
Toxins can be released and eliminated to create an alkaline environment in the body.
Breathwork therapy can also transform limiting thoughts, patterns and beliefs from early childhood. Through the breath we find our own answers, gain clarity and connect with our intuition.

A Breathwork session lasts 60min, includes a conversation, 30min of Breathwork and a relaxation at the end, accompanied by sound healing to gently come back.
